Bio:

Raised in Southeast Michigan, my journey into the world of creativity began in my teens, fueled by a passion for film and graphic design. This early interest led me to pursue courses in college that unveiled my potential, guiding me toward a degree in Media Communications. My educational path took an exciting turn with an internship at the Walt Disney Company, where I was captivated by their mastery of using creativity to evoke emotions in guests, sparking a new passion for hospitality.

Transitioning into a more technical role, I embraced IT procurement coordination with a focus on project management. This position, especially during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, honed my strategic planning skills. I was pivotal in several strategic initiatives to enhance IT procurement efficiency through digital transformation efforts. Notably, I contributed to adopting zero-touch automated mobile device deployment and streamlined equipment ordering processes, significantly improving global operational efficiency.

My involvement in a leadership development program further allowed me to blend my creative and strategic talents. I developed an innovative onboarding platform that enhanced transparency and communication for candidates and new hires, from application to their 90-day evaluation. This project showcased my creativity through a promotional campaign and aligned with my aspirations to engage more deeply in creative roles.

Subsequently, as a Project Coordinator in Design and Construction, I had the privilege of working alongside talented designers and project managers. I introduced transformative solutions such as adopting SharePoint for enhanced collaboration and transparency. I also assisted with implementing a new project management software for greater accuracy and stakeholder engagement. I also led a rebranding initiative for an internal program, turning it from undervalued to a cornerstone project that placed employees at its heart.

Today, I am eager to leverage my unique blend of creative and strategic skills, along with my experiences in digital transformation and rebranding, to assist companies in navigating their journeys of innovation and growth. I am passionate about bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table and guiding teams towards achieving their digital transformation and branding objectives.
