Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the 30-minute free consultation ("Consultation") offered by JK Studios ("Company"). By scheduling a consultation, the Client ("You") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: Eligibility – This offer is available to new clients only and is limited to one consultation per business or individual. JK Studios reserves the right to deny or cancel consultations at its discretion. Purpose of Consultation – The Consultation is for advisory purposes only and does not constitute an agreement for ongoing services, project deliverables, or contractual obligations. No designs, written reports, or work products will be provided. Scheduling & Cancellations – The Consultation must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in ineligibility for future complimentary consultations. Time Limitation—The Consultation is strictly limited to 30 minutes. JK Studios may offer extensions or additional sessions at its discretion but are not guaranteed. Any further engagement beyond the allotted time may require a separate paid agreement. No Obligation—Participation in the Consultation does not obligate either party to enter into a business relationship or service agreement. JK Studios reserves the right to refuse any project proposals resulting from the session. Confidentiality—While all discussions will be handled with discretion, no non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is implied or executed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Clients are advised not to disclose sensitive or proprietary information during the session. Limitation of Liability – JK Studios is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the Consultation. The Company provides insights and recommendations based on professional experience, but implementation and execution remain the Client's responsibility. Modifications & Termination—JK Studios reserves the right to modify or terminate this free consultation offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the updated Terms and Conditions. By booking the Consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
